2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your plants leave our greenhouse, they’re off on a UPS adventure. At that point, responsibility passes to the carrier—kind of like waving goodbye to your teenager with the car keys and hoping they don’t come back with dents.

We’ve built an excellent packing and shipping system for dahlia cuttings to give them the best chance of arriving safe, hydrated, and happy. But remember, travel can still be bumpy. A little yellowing, wilting, or bruising on arrival is normal—just give them water and encouragement.

No Combined Orders: Each order ships separately. If you place multiple orders, we do not combine them or refund shipping costs. So if you’re loading up the cart, think “all at once” rather than a dozen little shopping trips.

Claims & Photo Proof:
- If a package arrives damaged, you must take photos of the box before opening it and of all contents inside.
- Without photo evidence, claims with the shipping company cannot be filed—no pictures, no claim, no refund. -
Shipping Options & Costs:
- We ship exclusively via UPS—no PO Boxes.
- You choose: UPS 2nd Day Air (flat $25) or UPS Next Day Air (flat $45).
- Think of it as economy vs. first class. Either way, UPS is the pilot.
