Everbloom Rosé Dahlia

A little rosé in the garden? Don't mind if I do.

Everbloom Rosé is a gorgeous Australian-bred dahlia that brings together the warm, romantic colors of salmon, soft apricot, and blush pink, with occasional creamy-white petals that give each bloom a little extra personality.

Introduced in 2023 by the Everbloom Dahlias breeding team at New View Farmers in Queensland, Australia, this beautiful decorative dahlia is more than just another pretty pink flower.

Its softly layered petals create full, elegant blooms measuring approximately 4-6 inches across. The coloring is particularly appealing, blending warm salmon and apricot tones with delicate pink undertones. Occasional creamy-white petals add a little unpredictability, giving the flowers a distinctive character that's especially attractive in garden arrangements and floral designs.

But there's more to Everbloom Rosé than good looks.

One of its particularly appealing characteristics is its early-flowering habit. For gardeners eager to get their dahlia season underway, that's a welcome trait. Australian growers also report good cutting stems and flower production, making this variety an attractive choice for both home gardeners and cut-flower enthusiasts.

Plants are reported to reach approximately 5 feet tall, producing blooms that work beautifully alongside cream, peach, champagne, burgundy, and other warm-toned flowers. Whether you're filling a vase for the kitchen table or creating sophisticated floral arrangements, Everbloom Rosé offers a wonderful combination of color, form, and cutting potential.

If you love dahlias with soft, romantic coloring but want something a little more interesting than traditional blush pink, Everbloom Rosé deserves a place in your garden.

    Moose's Take

I have a soft spot for dahlias with those beautiful, hard-to-describe colors that fall somewhere between pink, peach, and apricot. Everbloom Rosé fits right into that category.

What really catches my attention is the combination of its warm coloring and early-flowering habit. A beautiful dahlia is one thing, but one that gets the season started a little sooner? Now we're talking.

The occasional creamy-white petals are another interesting feature. I appreciate a flower that doesn't feel obligated to look exactly like every other bloom on the plant.

And with Australian growers reporting good cutting stems and flower production, there's plenty of reason to be interested in this introduction.

As for the name, Everbloom Rosé sounds like something you should be enjoying on a patio at sunset. Personally, I'd rather have a whole row of it growing in the field. Although I suppose there's no rule against enjoying both.
