Giovanna is a small decorative dahlia with a gorgeous blend of buttercream, blush pink, soft peach and warm apricot. Its coloring can vary considerably from bloom to bloom, with some flowers opening predominantly creamy ivory with soft blush tones while others develop considerably more peach and pink. It's one of those dahlias that never seems to wear exactly the same outfit twice.

Giovanna was developed with cutting in mind, and it shows. Plants produce an abundance of flowers on long, strong stems, while multiple growers report excellent vase life. Its soft, sophisticated coloring is especially useful for bouquets, wedding work and floral design, while the substantial blooms still have plenty of presence in the garden.

Shipping & Delivery

Rooted cuttings ship April 1 – May 15 via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders are shipped when plants are ready and weather conditions are appropriate for safe travel. Because of the volume of orders we process during shipping season, orders cannot be combined. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

What You'll Receive

You’ll receive a healthy, actively growing rooted dahlia cutting that has been professionally propagated and grown by Dapper Dahlias By Moose.

Once fully rooted, the plant is removed from its growing container with the rooted propagation plug intact, then carefully bagged and packed for shipping. Your cutting will arrive ready to be potted up or planted after appropriate acclimation.

Because these are live plants, size and appearance will naturally vary from plant to plant.

Before You Order

Please review our Terms & Conditions before ordering. Because we grow live plants specifically for the shipping season, orders cannot be canceled or combined.

When your cutting arrives, open the package promptly and inspect the plant. Any concerns with your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery and include photos.

Rooted cuttings have been grown in protected greenhouse conditions and will need to be gradually acclimated to outdoor conditions before planting outside.

By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
